Can I edit the cards with my own verse and photos?
Yes, you can change the card verse and select a favorite quote. Choose Design My Own. At this time however, you cannot upload your own photos. Enjoy browsing through all 36 Heartpings cover photographs. We suggest you’ll find the perfect image to reflect your sentiments.

Can I include my personal signature as a part of each card?
Yes. We offer a handwriting signature type font that inserts itself automatically when you type in your name. Because Heartpings have been designed to be graciously convenient we have not included an option to upload a scanned signature. We encourage you to enjoy the process of sending the cards, not adding work that will frustrate and delay your good intentions.

I understand I have the option of adding a personalized P.S. Do I have to use it, or can I simply send the cards as designed?
No, you can make it as easy as you want to. In fact we encourage ease and convenience. The P.S. is available only if you want to add a few words. Perhaps you’ll want to include a P.S. on the first card – or perhaps the last – and no others. It’s completely up to you.

What if I've never ordered Heartpings and want assurance about the card's quality?
Let us know, we'll ship you the first card in the series you select at the same time we send the first card to your recipient. You'll assure yourself with the quality of the cards and the prompt delivery without having to pay for an entire series. The cost is minimal. You’ll make your decision at checkout.

Can I use cards I have already created to create new cards?
Heartpings have been specifically designed to allow you to save your cards and simply re-personalize or change the mailing address to a new recipient. As a registered user all orders will be saved in your account.

Can I 'pick and choose' cards between series and create my own package of six?
Yes. Simply select Design My Own and get started.

Why does it take so long to update my personalization and/or proof?
Heartpings is an interactive site. All your updates must be processed and then loaded to the site for you to review. In our high-speed world, we are use to instantaneous information. Heartpings is actually CREATING your card for PROCESSING your proof on-line. It shouldn't take more than a few seconds. But it will take a few.

Mailing

Can I send a recipient more than one sentiment series? How does that work?
Absolutely. Though Heartpings have been designed to reflect a specific message, they all convey a sense of caring concern. If you’d like to order a second series to begin immediately after one series has completed a cycle you can do so through the mailing options.

How long will it take for my cards to be delivered?
All Heartpings cards are mailed first class and will be produced and in the mail stream within, approximately, 48 business hours from the time you order. Following the first mailing, all remaining five cards will be mailed every 3, 7 or 30 days, whatever you select.

Do you use labels to address the postcards?
No, we print the addresses on the envelopes in a stylized font – resembling handwriting.

What if my cards are returned as "undeliverable"?
Your cards will be sent to the address you confirm at the time of order. It is important to review your order carefully to be sure you have provided the correct, updated address.

Can I select the frequency my cards are mailed?
Absolutely. You have the option for every 3, 7 or 30 days. You are able to select from these delivery options on the Order Summary page before you purchase the series.

What if I want to send one series to six different people?
If you want to send cards to different people we suggest you send your order to yourself and then mail them individually. Heartpings was designed to support and encourage one person during a transitional time in their life.

Can I send Heartpings to a foreign country?
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot process foreign mailings through our automatic system. However, you can ask for the cards to be sent to you for your own addressing and mailing. Heartpings are sent through the US Postal System for delivery in the US only (including Alaska and Hawaii).

What if I want the first card only?
Let us know, we’ll ship you the first in your series at the same time we send the first card to your recipient. You’ll assure yourself of the quality of the cards and the prompt delivery without having to pay for an entire series. You can select this option at Order Summary.

How do I update an order that I previously sent?
As a registered user of Heartpings, you can access your uploaded orders by clicking on My Account. Select the order you would like to edit and click the Edit button. You can select the cards and mailing address you wish to edit and make your changes.

Can I order more than one sentiment series at a time or do I have to check out after customizing each piece?
The Heartpings site was created using the shopping cart method of ordering. Once your custom piece has been finalized, it will be placed in your shopping cart. You can then place another order if you wish or you can check out.

Can I access my order if I created it earlier and did not complete?
If you are a registered Heartpings user, all of your previous orders are saved in your account. To find those orders, simply click on My Account and go to Order History. From this section, you can complete an incomplete order or change a previous order.

Can I cancel an order in process?
Yes, simply return to www.Heartpings.com, click on my account, select the order you would like to cancel and choose the cancel order button. Or call our customer service, and we can cancel for you.
